Our facility offers a variety of multi-purpose rooms, meeting spaces, dance/fitness studios, and a gymnasium.

What is included: North Glenmore Park Community Association can provide tables, chairs and other equipment (portable speaker, coffee maker, etc) as requested. There is always a customer service staff member on site to assist and keys or access codes are not required.
Set-up and Tear Down: When booking your space, please include set-up and tear down time. Our staff can be hired for set-up and tear down. The fee is dependent on requirements – please ask at time of booking.
Hours of operation: The community association is open 7 days a week, typically from 9AM to 9PM. Rentals that run past 9PM are subject to a $75 surcharge. We cannot stay open past midnight.
When serving liquor: If your group will be serving liquor at an event, a liquor license is required. You can purchase one here: Apply for a liquor licence | AGLC
